Robert Loring
FOUNDER & CEO
Mr. Loring oversees all aspects of the firm’s strategy including M&A, Operations and Corporate Development. With over a decade of direct private equity investing experience in both the United States and Europe Mr. Loring has been involved in all aspects of corporate deal making in a broad array of industries and has guided over twenty transactions with some of the worlds largest corporations.
Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Loring was Vice President of Mergers and Acquisition for Platinum Equity LLC in Beverly Hills, California and more recently Director for H.I.G. European Capital Partners in London, UK.
Mr. Loring holds a Bachelors degree from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts and has residences in New York City, Boston MA, and Tampa FL., with his wife and two daughters.
Danny Berberian
MANAGING PARTNER
Mr. Berberian is responsible for business development and company due diligence.
Prior to joining Revolution, Mr. Berberian was a Principal at Platinum Equity Advisors, LLC based in Los Angeles. Over the course of the prior 16 years at Platinum, he fulfilled a multitude of roles throughout Platinum’s Business Development and M&A groups. Most recently, Mr. Berberian was responsible for helping lead Platinum’s Business Development team and was the head of global screening and evaluations for all new deal opportunities.
Mr. Berberian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, Summa Cum Laude.
Aman Bajaj
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Bajaj is primarily focused on leading financial due diligence for acquisition candidates and also assisting with the operational and financial oversight of Revolution’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Revolution, Mr. Bajaj was Vice President at Macquarie Bank and was responsible for conducting due diligence and executing middle market mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Bajaj also worked in various roles at Giuliani Capital Advisors and Ernst and Young Corporate Finance where he represented several companies, lender groups and unsecured creditor committees in transactions involving M&A advisory and financial restructurings.
In addition, Mr. Bajaj has held project management positions as Electrical and Systems Engineer with Tata Consultancy Services and Schindler AG, respectively.
Mr. Bajaj holds B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Punjab University in Chandigarh, India and an M.B.A. from University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. Aman lives in Beverly Hills California and enjoys chess, running and travel in his free time.
Harry Cuadrado
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Cuadrado oversees Revolution Capital Group’s European interests.
Prior to joining Revolution, Harry was the Founder and Principal Consultant for Engineering Consultancy, QDC Solutions Ltd. During his tenure at QDC Solutions Ltd, Harry was involved with several high profile automotive projects in Russia, glass manufacturing in Australia, launching convertible tops in Japan, and many quality improvement initiatives throughout China, Thailand and India.
Harry also spent 10 years with General Motors. As a senior manager with GM, Harry was responsible for implementing and developing Lean Manufacturing experts within GM China’s supplier quality organization. A position he held during his time in Shanghai, China.
Harry Cuadrado holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University and a Master of Engineering degree from Cornell University. Harry also earned a MBA from the London Business School. On his free time Harry enjoys kickboxing, cycling and traveling. Harry has visited over 50 countries and enjoys exploring new locations and interacting with new cultures.
Dr. Chongyang Luo
DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY
With over a decade of experience in technology research and business development, Dr. Luo is responsible for all technology related matters in M&A due diligence and also for Revolution’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Revolution, Dr. Luo founded the software and web application development firm Telligem. Dr. Luo has also worked as a Research Engineer at telecommunications chip maker Anadigics Inc. and also with Silicon Valley startups Phosistor Technologies and OptoNet Inc.
Dr. Luo has advised US and Asian companies in areas such as semiconductor, manufacturing, renewable energy, and software/web ventures.
Dr. Luo received his B.S. in Applied Physics from Tsinghua University in China and his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is married and has a daughter.
Neha Jadhav
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Neha Jadhav is engaged in sourcing and analyzing potential transactions.
Prior to joining Revolution, Neha worked for 6 years as a Senior Associate at IREP Credit Capital, a Non-Banking Finance Company based in Mumbai that focuses on structured debt transactions, and was involved in all aspects of credit underwriting and asset management. Neha has also worked as an Analyst at Debtwire in setting up a data analytics platform that provides real time intelligence on distressed debt and leveraged finance across industry sectors.
Neha holds an M.Sc. in Finance and Economics from Warwick Business School and a B.Sc. in Banking and Finance from LSE, University of London.
